Every project gets a free, written estimate that spells out exactly what's included before any work begins.

What Changes the Price?

Size and ceiling height — room size, ceiling height, and high vaulted walls that need scaffolding or lifts.
Prep work — how much patching, caulking, scraping, and spot-priming the surfaces need before paint.
Color changes — going from dark to light usually takes extra coats.
Trim, doors, and ceilings — whether they're included, and how detailed the trim work is.
Exterior surface and access — siding type, condition, wood repair, and hard-to-reach areas.
Paint and finish — the product line and sheen chosen for each surface.
